Aaah! Thank you so much! Ren and Brian being siblings is one of my favorite headcanons, and I feel kind of bad  I have not drawn more of them together!

I headcanon that Brian joined the Bureau a bit after Ren set up her bar in Refuge. This is what I imagine happened after she purchased  The Davy Lamp. The two baked some bread together in the tavern’s oven and sat by looking at the dough rising and warming themselves by the warmth of the oven, like they were little again.
